OCIO: Old stuff is new again

As I was looking the other day at OpenColorIO, I found that Autodesk is putting a lot of effort into v2, which is a great thing.

Back in the days I’ve done a lot of videos and tutorials with Workflowers, and sometimes I was also working with other companies such as Assimilate or Autodesk to show color management on their system. This one I did on Flame is pretty long but there’s good stuff in it on classic video and log workflows, with an introduction on ACES. I play with the color management tool in Flame that is pretty cool, because you stack transforms and keep them live or bake into a LUT, and you have better precision and performance than what you can get with OCIO v1. And yes, that was looooong ago.
